Overview

Access the official Seventh-day Adventist Sabbath School lesson guides for all 12 age groups. Choose your quarter, lesson number, and whether you want the student or teacher edition. PowerPoint resources also available.

   Send 'ss'

   Type "ss" to open the age-group selection menu, or use shorthand: "ss [group] [quarter] [lesson]".

   Choose your age group

   Options include Adults, inVerse, Youth, Teens, Juniors, Primary, Kindergarten, Beginner, and more.

   Select quarter & lesson

   Pick the current quarter or a specific one (Q1–Q4), then choose lesson 1–13.

   Student or Teacher?

   Receive the PDF in your preferred edition — sent as a WhatsApp document.

• Sabbath School teachers: use the shorthand with 'teacher' to get the teacher edition fast.

• PowerPoint presentations for Adult lessons are also available in the menu.

• You can save your group preference to skip that step each week.
