Overview

Manage your AdventBuddy experience — save default preferences for faster access to your most-used features, control your privacy and data consent, and learn about the project and developer. Access Settings from any screen by sending 'settings'.

Send any of these messages to AdventBuddy on WhatsApp to access this feature.

   Send 'settings'

   Type "settings" at any time — or tap "⚙️ Settings & About" from the main menu.

   Saved Preferences

   View and remove saved defaults for Bible translation, hymnbook, Sabbath School age group, and location. When you use a feature, AdventBuddy will offer to save your choice for next time.

   Privacy & Data

   See when you gave consent, what data is stored, withdraw consent, or permanently delete your account and all associated data.

   About & Developer

   Read about the AdventBuddy project, the developer (Tafadzwa Mabika), and get contact links — social media, email, and WhatsApp.

• Saving your default hymnbook means you can just send 'hymn 320' without specifying the book every time.

• Saving your Bible translation means 'read John 3:16' uses your preferred translation automatically.

• Saving your Sabbath School age group means 'ss' goes straight to your lessons.

• Your saved location for Sabbath Tracker is also managed here — remove it anytime.

• Account deletion is permanent and removes everything: preferences, activity, and consent record.
